TARGET POPULATION: Students who are about to graduate within the next academic year

Students on Academic Warning
  • Select the cumulative GPA option
  • Set the parameters (0.0 to 1.99)
  • Select College/School
  • Select Major,click the appropriate majors
  • Can also select currently enrolled students or include everyone, to find only currently enrolled you would select Term Enrollment and select currently enrolled
  • Click apply, this will generate your list
  • Enter list name and save or export list to excel spreadsheet
  • You can now identify those students who need immediate attention and intervention to help prevent suspension
First Semester Transfer Students
  • Select Cumulative GPA, enter the parameters 0 to 0
  • Select College/School
  • Select Major, if needed
  • Select Term Enrollment, choose currently enrolled, can select desired term(s)
  • Select Transfer Student, choose yes
  • Click apply, this will generate your list
  • Enter list name and save or export list to excel spreadsheet
Currently Enrolled Students
  • Term Enrollment
    • Currently enrolled

Wrong Course Registration
TARGET POPULATION: Students who may be enrolled in the wrong course; for example, enrolled in non-science major’s course instead of science major’s version of the course

Tutor Recruitment/Selection
TARGET POPULATION: Tutors for a specific course (Matlab, COMP 1200)
  • Courses—Course Prefix and name without spaces
  • Change drop down menu to “Final Grade Received”
  • Select desired parameters, A to the grade acceptable
  • Select college
  • Select major, choose select desired
  • Can also select specific GPA requirements (cumulative GPA, select parameters, 3.5 to 4.0)
Scholarship Eligibility
  • Courses– Course Prefix and name without spaces
  • Select specific parameters, registered from spring 2012 to summer 2016
  • Repeat these steps for the next series of courses that apply to program
  • Select Student Classification if specific classification is required
  • Enter list name and save or export list to excel spreadsheet
  • You can now email the entire group the scholarship information
AP Credit/Auburn Registration Double Check
TARGET POPULATION: Incoming freshmen with AP credit who might repeat a course unknowingly
  • Course (ENGL 1100)
    • Registered

    • Type: Any

    • Only Transferred courses

Murky Middle Students
TARGET POPULATION: Students in a particular “middle” GPA range, performing at an average level and needing assistance before sliding into academic difficulty

  • Other possible filters to add
    • Advisor group to select only your students
    • Specific major or college
    • Classification if looking for a certain population
    • Transfer student if concerned about transfer students
TARGET POPULATION: Athletes you advise, all or identified by sport code

  • Athlete or individual sport code. Note if you select several sport codes, the athlete must participate in all of the codes you select to be included.  If you want to identify multiple sports, you should consider using the “athlete” group code.
